When our team carries out Exterior Painting, be it a facade, walls, terraces, balconies, houses, villas, buildings, among others, the first thing we look for is that the painting lasts as long as possible. So we take into account the type of facade we are going to paint:

1.- New or monolayer façade: Firstly, we apply a primer coat for facades, this phase is important because we manage to hold all cement and sand substrates that can be loose, preventing the paint we use later from falling out. . In the next step we apply between 2 and 3 coats of paint so that the color is uniform, allowing the necessary time to dry between each hand.

2.- Old facades: We cover, cover and sand all those points that present deterioration, with special putty, until leaving it in good conditions. We also scrape with a spatula or a barbed brush to eliminate all areas that come off.
